Spring Break

I hope you are experiencing a wonderful spring, a break if you get one and great weather.  We are!  On our list to do, hiking!

Over winter break we hiked to Bridal Wreath Falls.  We might head back there sometime in the next couple of weeks.  Yes, we get TWO glorious weeks of spring break!

 Sweetness spent most of her time leading the pack, trotting right along! While the round trip was only 5 miles, with all her back and forth she probably did over 6 miles!

 Kjetil was a trooper. Drinking all of water, and then having the fun of "going" outside.

 We made it to the refreshing falls!  Snow melt creates this hidden treasure.  We ascended about 2000 feet on the 2.5 miles out to the falls.  It was a good time for a quick break of apples and granola bars too!

 Then, the kids wanted to test the water out.

 It was fun to have Grandma and Grandpa join us on the hike.

 What's down there?

 Sometimes, it is Grandpa who has the answers to the questions.
