Butterflies

We had a small birthday party at the local botanical gardens, which in the winter has a special butterfly exhibit.  We cam prepared with butterfly masks, bright clothing, and smelly lotion.

Everyone was in the spirit

 some were content with a wave

 Paper Kite

Others waited patiently for butterflies to land on them

 She was happy about this, but didn't want to move.

We even got to see the chrysalises and wiggling out butterflies.

 Oh the giggling girls.  Some of my favorite sights!

We did enjoy all of the botanical gardens, more later!
