Thursday CJ had a piano recital. She did great! Even with a few nerves she loves to perform and does a fabulous job. I am not gushing because I am her mom. I am gushing because just thinking about doing some of these things puts me in panic attack mode. I remember MY piano recitals, UGH! I couldn't sleep, eat, breathe or see...because at some point I just start to cry and... well... that is plenty enough about my issues!
It was really fun to listen since everyone played Christmas songs!

It was perfect mood lighting for enjoying music. It was terrible lighting for taking pictures. So here is the only one Eric got during the recital.
Wait...do you see that. She and I had a duet! And while fun, it brought back ALL my anxieties! I did my best to smile for her and press through. SHE did great!
Afterwards. I could actually smile at that point.
All the performers and teachers!
All the students did well and it was a great night of music!
Then on Saturday she performed with her Hip Hop class!
CJ is in the front on the right.
They danced to a fun Santa Claus is Coming to Town rendition.
Their attention was captured by all the dancers.
She's the one, upside down of course!

Wish we could have been there for these special events. Did Chloe pick out the outfit for the recital?
