An adventure
We headed out to check out a new zoo. I am proud to say, Tucson has a MUCH MUCH better zoo than Phoenix. Thinking we would be going to the Seattle zoo, I had promised the kids during spring break that we would go to a new zoo. Since we're not in Seattle, we went with the next closest new to us zoo! We even got to share the time with some friends!

I'll guess St. Patty's day, since I see some green!

Ding ding ding! Yes it was. I like to put the kids in the same color shirt or a Waukon fire shirt when we head out to big places like this, and remembered last minute that it was St. Patty's day and that green would be best. Of course, could only find 1 fire shirt, but did get them all in green.
They would have stood out more if they had the orange Waukon shirts on! Easier to spot among all the other green shirts that were probably there too! I assume, since you brought all the kids home, that the zoo wasn't taking kids that day either!
