Pulled out the fishing game the other day...and we haven't seen him since.
Grandpa, he's practicing up, still likes to "stab" them though so he may need some guidance.
Or, he has gone bowling
Talk about passion! Yes I realize he is 2, but when we play various games he does alright with taking turns. When bowling however, there is no turn taking in his world.
Also, no kiddie ramp and after I let him take one of my turns, he no longer wanted bumpers either. He understood that gutter balls were not desirable either, it was really fun to watch him stand there shaking his head saying no, no, no over and over as his ball went in the gutter. He did cheer for all of us when he wasn't busy trying to wrestle another turn.
Good thing his dad has serious bowling skills. It won't be long...okay it might be a few years, but they will be competing against each other to get those high scores! While my family always enjoyed bowling, this is certainly a skill and passion coming from Eric's side of the family.

I'm glad that he is a good turn taker. How does one develop that skill or even teach it?
