Do not look directly at the SUN!

A Sun Dog is an atmospheric phenomenon that creates bright spots of light in the sky, often on a luminous ring or halo on either side of the sun. --thank you wikipedia!

Just don't look directly at the sun...ever! However, you can look at these pictures I got.

As we left the spelling bee, this is what we saw:

It is interesting to hold the camera up in a general direction to try and get pictures of something you can't really look at directly. But I think they turned out pretty good.
