Locks of Love has my hair and now someone can have a new full head of hair! Prize winner will be announced on Friday.

I'm gonna have to go with 19 inches...Bailey did that a couple years back and never received her certificate :( She waited for it forever but has finally given up...Wow, your hair WAS long!
